LONG TIME FOR NO NEWS !

Apologies for such a long time in updating the website bar Jimmy and his weekly tips on Sunderland which have proven to be quite good. Can't keep a good dog down !

However, we have been searching for a long while now for the still elusive pup and although several have been offered, Yvonne's advice was that they weren't suitable for the job we wanted or they have been too expensive. Consequently we are still on the lookout. From all our time dealing with horses we always took the patient approach regarding which ones to become involved with and invariably it paid off. We had a lot of success throughout 30 years. There is always someone on the lookout for an impatient prospective owner ! We have had plenty of interest in people wanting to know when we have the pup and indeed we could probably take on two now if the demand turned into share purchases. However, the speed one pup is proving to be taking I wont mention a second one just yet ! As soon as we do have one though I will get in touch with enquirers. Thanks for your patience.

As a catch up, HAWK jumped her queue for rehoming by coming down to Redcar to SARA where she is presently enjoying 5 star accommodation before hopefully going to her own sofa for life. She goes out with Jimmy on walks and for coffee and is an absolute dream to take out. Travels well in the van, doesn't pull on the lead, doesn't have any problem with other dogs (even if Jimmy tries his best to convert her) and will make someone a very loving pet. I believe the only reason she hasn't already be rehomed is that she suddenly lost weight after a week of arriving and needed antibiotics so was taken off the rehoming list. She has put back the weight now and is bouncing around full of health. Hopefully her new home awaits although it will be sad to see her go.

On the runner front Wiz won last week and he is a nice young pup gaining experience all the time and a genuine A1 time dog in the making. Danni has completed her 3 trials now and will soon be in a race coming back after season. Not getting any younger but she has been a grande bitch to own. Hopefully more wins to still come.

I will start to update the site more frequently. Promise !
